How to Place an Order
To place an order on Nashira’s online store, simply visit www.nashiraofficial.com.
Please ensure that your browser is set to accept cookies and pop-ups to enjoy full functionality and a seamless shopping experience.
You may complete your purchase either as a registered customer or as a guest.
Steps to Place an Order
Select the desired category from the MENU.
Browse and view the product(s) that interest you.
Click on the item to enlarge the image and access detailed information.
Choose the item(s) and add them to your shopping cart.
Continue shopping or proceed directly to checkout.
Review your order before confirming.
Select your preferred shipping method.
Choose your payment option.
Complete the payment and finalize your order.
You will receive an email confirmation for your order.
Order Status
You will receive updates on your order status via email or mobile.
Registered customers can access this information in the “My Account” section.
If you placed your order as a guest, you may use the “View Order” link included in the confirmation email.
By placing an order, you agree to the general terms of purchase and all other applicable policies available on www.nashiraofficial.com, including our Terms of Use.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options vary according to delivery address, purchase time, and product availability.
Deliveries take place Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Options
Europe: Average delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World: For destinations such as North America or Asia, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect their package for visible damage upon receipt.
If the products appear damaged, do not accept the delivery.
The order will be returned to our warehouse, and Nashira will process an exchange or refund once the item is received and verified.

No other payment methods are accepted.
If an unsupported payment method is used, Nashira cannot be held responsible for any loss of payment or resulting damages.
Payment Processing
If the transaction is approved, the payment amount is reserved immediately, and an order confirmation is emailed to you.
If the transaction is declined, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank for further assistance.
For credit card payments, all data (such as card number and expiration date) is securely transmitted to our electronic payment service provider.
This information is used exclusively to process your payment or refund, in accordance with your right of return, or for fraud reporting when necessary.
Exchanges & Returns
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our facility.
Please ensure they are securely packaged, correctly labelled, and protected from damage during transit.
Nashira is not responsible for items returned by mistake.
If such items are located (not always possible) and you wish to have them returned, the delivery cost will apply.
Refunds are issued only after the returned products are received and verified at our headquarters.
Return Conditions
You may return an item within 15 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:
Products must not show signs of being washed or used, except for fitting.
Products must retain their original characteristics and packaging, except for careful opening.
Products must be complete, including all components and original tags.
Depending on the country of delivery, returns due to withdrawal may be subject to a return fee.
Returns outside the specified timeframe will not be accepted.
If a return is attempted after the deadline, the item may be shipped back to your address, and delivery costs will apply.
All exchanges and returns must also comply with the provisions listed in our Terms and Conditions.
