1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and registration of Nashira products through the website www.nashiraofficial.com.
1.2 The website is operated by Wendy Marleny Murillo Lara Andrade e Silva, Tax Identification Number NIF 277699150, headquartered at Rua dos Descobrimentos, nº 1, 4520-201 Santa Maria da Feira, Portugal.
1.3 Definitions:
“Nashira” – Products marketed on the website.
“User” – Any individual, non-commercial entity who places an order.
1.4 Use of the website and purchase of Nashira products implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Website Registration
2.1 Orders may be placed by creating an account or using the guest checkout option.
2.2 Users logged into their personal accounts are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Nashira Products
3.1 The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2 Product information is available on the website.
3.3 Nashira may modify, at any time, the product offerings, prices, promotions, and commercial conditions.
4. Placing Orders
4.1 To place an order, the User must have an active email address and allow cookies/pop-ups for proper store functionality.
4.1.1 Steps to purchase:
a) Locate desired products.
b) Add items to the Shopping Cart.
c) Provide personal data (shipping, billing, payment method, phone number, and Tax ID).
d) Review and confirm the order.
4.2 The User will receive an order confirmation email.
4.3 Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, along with an invoice.
4.4 Submitting the order form implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
4.5 Nashira may refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
a) Product unavailability.
b) Uncompleted or invalid payment.
c) Unverified payment.
d) Incorrect billing information.
e) Pricing errors.
f) Impossibility of delivery.
5. Prices
5.1 Prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).
5.2 All prices are in euros (€). Delivery country changes may affect the total price. Customs duties are the customer’s responsibility.
5.3 Prices may be updated without notice.
5.4 In case of a pricing error, either party may cancel the order before shipment.
5.5 Total checkout price includes applicable taxes and shipping fees.
5.6 The User must pay only the amount indicated on the order confirmation.
6. Payment Methods
6.1 Accepted payments: PayPal, ApplePay, ATM, MBWAY, Credit Card.
6.2 Payment deadlines:
ATM: 8 hours
PayPal / MBWAY / Credit Card: 10 minutes
Orders not paid within the timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Administrative fees apply in case of refund. Vouchers may be issued upon request.
6.3 Only the listed payment methods are accepted.
7. Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the postal service.
Shipping costs vary according to weight and destination.

8. Delivery
8.1 Average delivery times:
Europe: 3–5 business days
North America & Asia: 5–10 business days
8.2 Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation; up to 30 days is reserved for delivery.
8.3 Lost or damaged packages are insured up to 30 €, unless otherwise agreed.
Users must inspect packages upon delivery and refuse damaged goods.
8.4 If a product becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued within 15 days.
8.5 If delivery cannot be completed on the scheduled date, an alternative date will be arranged.
8.6 If the User does not receive the order within 30 days, they must notify Nashira at help@nashiratrends.com.
8.7 Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
8.8 Delivery is complete upon signature of the receipt.
8.9 Incorrect shipping details result in a 45 € return fee.
8.10 Customs clearance is handled by Nashira, but all non-EU customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
9. Right of Withdrawal
9.1 The User may withdraw within 5 business days, provided that:
a) Products are unused.
b) Products retain original characteristics.
c) All materials are returned in original packaging.
d) Sealed items remain unopened.
e) Perfume decants are non-returnable.
9.2 Withdrawal requests must be sent to help@nashiratrends.com.
9.3 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
9.4 Refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection. Credit card refunds are issued via IBAN.
9.5 Used items may be rejected and returned with an additional shipping fee.
9.6 Returns for non-defective reasons do not include reimbursement of original shipping costs.
10. Cancellations and Returns
10.1 Orders may be cancelled before shipment by emailing help@nashiratrends.com.
10.2 If cancelled before shipment, a refund will be issued within 15 business days.
10.3 If cancelled after shipment, withdrawal rules apply.
10.4 No direct exchanges are offered. Users may request a voucher instead.
10.5 Defective or non-conforming items may be replaced or refunded.
10.6 Defects must be documented with photos/videos of the unboxing. Minor imperfections are not considered defects.
10.7 Nashira will contact the User to resolve issues amicably.
10.8 Valid return costs are covered by Nashira.
11. Quality
Nashira does not sell second-hand, defective, or inferior-quality products.
Color variations may occur due to screen differences.
Sizes follow European standards.
Nashira is not responsible for color transfer during washing/use.
12. Complaints
Complaints will be addressed within 15 business days via help@nashiratrends.com
13. Warranty
Products are covered by the warranty defined under consumer goods legislation.
14. Exclusion and Limitation of Liability
The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
Nashira is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, including:
strikes
power outages
telecommunications failures
fires
floods
equipment breakdowns
supplier delays
legislative changes
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
15. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Nashira may modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective upon publication.
16. Personal Data Processing
Users are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy for detailed information on how data is collected and processed.
17. Proof and Recordkeeping
Digital records maintained by Nashira constitute valid evidence of communications, orders, and payments.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
